Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Field Operations Specialist Marketing Activities in Rochester, Indiana

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.

  • Handles any walk-in customers.

  • Collects payments.

  • Makes policy changes.

  • Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.

  • Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.

  • Creates and implements including but not limited to, social media administration, different marketing campaigns, etc.

  • Collaborates with the Marketing & Advertising team.

  • Works to build strong relationships within the community with both businesses and individuals.

  • Plans and puts on promotional events to bring in new business to the agency.

  • Services accounts by quoting various lines of business.

  • Conducts marketing research and analyzes data to understand the customer and market conditions.

  • May assist with INFB Health Plans.

  • Any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • 5 years of customer service experience. Insurance experience highly preferred.

  • Must have Property & Casualty insurance license.

  • Demonstrated success with sales and marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability being agile, innovative, and risk-taking.

  • Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.

  • Ability to interact professionally with current and prospective clients.

  • Ability to go through Trustworthy selling.
