Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Commission Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana
Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Performing commission, debit, and accounting activities including reconciling commission accounting tasks, addressing debit balances, and troubleshooting commission calculation issues.
Gathering and analyzing information regarding agent commissions and debit balances.
Communicating with individual agents about commission activity concerns and supplying them with appropriate documentation.
Reviewing and updating agent commission accounts based on information obtained from specific reports.
Providing regular, detailed reports and spreadsheets to managing general agents, showing actions taken on agent quality and debt management.
Reconciling commission payments received for debt balances and providing system updates to ensure accurate remaining balances.
Supporting internal teams via cross-training on related tasks.
Requirements for Success:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience in a professional office or working with commission/debt recovery is preferred.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Proven oral and written communication and active listening skill set.
Knowledge of ImageRight, Office365, and Vertafore.
