Description
We are looking for someone that can:
Provide professional verbal and written communications, including speaking clearly and distinctly over the telephone.
Listen intently with the practice to hear people out, and accurately restate the needs of the customer, and document the customer interaction proficiently.
Effectively utilize multiple computer systems for essential job functions, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and becoming familiar with Company processing systems as assigned.
Multi-task, develop good organizational skills as well as prioritize work when performing the various tasks for the department and the job.
Requirements for Success:
Continually participate in training programs for current and new products and services, customer concern and telephone skills training, and other training, as required, to provide an excellent customer service experience.
Ability to be a positive influence in establishing, developing, and maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure the prompt, efficient, and positive customer experience.
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Prior customer service or call center representative experience is preferred.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
