Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Agent Contracting Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana
Description
Responsibilities:
Complete a variety of independent agent contracting transactions including review of new agent contracts, hierarchy, level, and upline changes, terminations, and address changes.
Review and respond to agent email inquiries related to contract status, contract level, and state appointments.
Provide agents with updates on contracting status through written correspondence in the form of Welcome Letters, AML Certification, and Termination Letters.
Review and update agent contract information based on information obtained from specific reports.
Utilize effective work management techniques to maintain time standards with assigned tasks.
Support other internal teams by cross-training on related tasks
Requirements for Success:
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of experience in an office environment is preferred. Prior contracting background preferred.
Ability to provide a positive influence in establishing, developing, and maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively process the primary life contracting representative tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Commitment to ongoing participation in training programs for new products and services, customer-focused training, telephone skills, and other training opportunities, to provide an excellent client service experience.
Excellent attentive and active verbal and written communication skills.
Builds effective utilization skills of computer systems for essential job functions, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and becoming familiar with Company processing systems as assigned.
Proven ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining production service level expectations.
Commitment to building industry knowledge by completing LOMA course.
