This is a temporary part time position expected to work five days a week for a total of between 25 and 30 hours per week. Our standard work hours are between 8:00am and 4:30 pm.

We are looking for a  Marketing Workflow Specialist to develop, communicate, and implement best practices, templates, and reusable workflow processes needed to support use of marketing systems. Support well defined and documented Standard Operating Procedures.

 We are looking for someone that can:

  • Create effective Standard Operating Procedures and workflows
  • Develop IFBI specific continuing education and assessment plans for Standard Operating Procedures and workflows as part of marketing management.
  • Develop detailed plans to prepare materials and communication to for users as needed to support the release of product features and/or updates to Standard Operating Procedures and workflows


 Do you have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business is preferred, but not required.
  • 4+ years’ of experience working as a Business Analyst or comparable position.
  • A desire to obtain Certified Scrum Product Owner (CPSO) designation within 1 year of accepting the position.
  • Proficiency with systems required for essential job functions, including MS Office including MS Project, Jira, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Click Dimensions.
  • The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, strong organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain working relationships with all divisions of the Company.
