Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Sr. Sales Recruiter in Indianapolis, Indiana
Position Summary: The Senior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing and selection of new insurance sales agents throughout the state of Indiana. The role will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sourcing plan that will continually generate qualified sales candidates. This position reports to the Executive Director of Sales.
Minimum Knowledge and Job Requirements:
Education Requirement-minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of sales or sales recruiting experience
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or CRM.
Proven passive candidate or client sourcing experience utilizing a variety of avenues including LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Professional Networks, Cold Calling, Indeed, etc.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills required.
Proficiency in social networking sites and social media recruiting.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong sense of urgency.
Expert written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain a consistent pool of qualified sales candidates through traditional and creative recruiting techniques.
Ability to own the entire sales recruiting process including sourcing, resume reviews, vetting and submission to field management.
Articulate, and educate the candidates on the agent role EVP.
Work with field management on establishing defined hiring targets throughout their agencies.
