Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Sales Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana
Description
This is a sales position. Primarily responsible for making outbound sales calls to clients, completing loan and other credit applications, presenting approved terms, overcoming objections, and closing the sale. Key skills include active listening, rapport building, ability to improvise, knowledge of banking and the automotive industry, and a history of exceeding sales goals. Additional responsibilities include accurate and timely completion of required documentation, relationship building with internal and external clients, assisting clients with payments, instruction of use of payment platforms, online banking systems and other client related questions and administrative duties as they arise.
Do you have:
A high school diploma or GED.
3-5 years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in banking and the automotive sales industry is preferred.
Ability to improvise, overcome objections, active listening to detect buying signals, and close bank products.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
A history of exceeding goals and the drive to excel while maintaining relationships with clients for future additional opportunities.
High degree of organizational and urgency management skills.
Ability to multi-task and successfully work with a large number of leads and referrals in a fast-paced environment.
Effective use of computer systems and MS Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
