Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Manager Annuity Services in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description

We are looking for some that can:

  • Quickly develop in-depth knowledge and administrative process of an annuity

  • Display exceptional computer skills and quickly develops a thorough knowledge of company annuity systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict in management.

  • Ability to hire, monitor, coach, and measure employee work performance.

  • Work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Take initiative and judgment in making decisions within the scope of assigned authority; and the ability to substantiate these decisions.

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent annuity insurance work experience in a similar environment.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of business knowledge; supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Taking LOMA courses and working towards a Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI) designation.

  • Proven leadership qualities through prior team or project work.

  • Develop expert knowledge of tax laws and compliance regarding annuity products.
