Description
Responsibilities:
Processing in-force life insurance policy transactions.
Analyzing active and incoming life insurance policy information for accuracy.
Establishing, developing, and maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external customers.
Ensuring prompt and efficient service to provide a positive customer experience.
Effectively utilizing computer systems to process in-force life policy transactions.
Noting and correcting inaccuracies in records or reports to avoid a loss of time and money.
Requirements for Success:
High School diploma or GED equivalent; with 1 year of relevant life insurance experience preferred.
Working knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and provisions.
Excellent listening, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills.
Proven success working under pressure, meeting strict deadlines, and prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining production service level expectations.
Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Effectincey in utilizing computer systems for essential job functions, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and becoming familiar with Company processing systems as assigned.
Commitment to continual education through training programs in customer service, current or new products, and services.
