Enhances the Enterprise Technology Strategy along with supporting Policies and Best Practices
Champions new approaches that address current and future challenges and provide unique business solutions.
Maintains the holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, applications, information, and other information technology assets.
Aligns IT with business strategy and facilitates optimal application of technology to business processes.
Serve as the trusted advisor for business and technology strategy.
Operates across organizational and computing "silos".
Serves as the “glue” that integrates the project and program strategies across multiple programs and projects.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices and help define and implement standards and principles that drive architecture
Continually drives common approach to technology selection and maximization of reuse across the enterprise
Knowledge and Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
Certification in one or more Enterprise Architecture frameworks
Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and patterns
Expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application design, system engineering, business and integration
Advanced knowledge of Cloud Architecture patterns and strategies (including IAAS, PAAS, Security, Compute, Storage and Messaging)
Ability to provide leadership and ensure support for the enterprise architecture program and transformational projects
Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate and work well among the matrix architecture disciplines that include the teams of enterprise architecture, information architecture, various application architectures, infrastructure architecture, security architecture, solution architecture and process architecture
Ability to creates solution architecture options that align IS services with business sponsor's missions, goals and objectives
