We are looking to add an experienced Compensation Analyst to our Talent Management team. This person will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of our compensation programs. Develops, implements and maintains our compensation programs and compensation compliance.
Provides analytical support and administration on various compensation elements including job analysis, base salary, incentives, and compliance.
Partners with Talent Management and Division Management to evaluate new roles, recommend titles, and recommend/review salary offers
Utilizes UltiPro, market data and other tools to support our pay for performance philosophy, annual and quarterly projects, and other compensation/total rewards initiatives.
Provides support for annual bonus and merit cycles, including HRIS system module setup and testing, troubleshooting, and reporting
Provides input into compensation strategy
Builds strong, collaborative relationships with business partners across the organization and with vendors
Ensures legal compliance of program design and administration
Minimum Knowledge and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3-7 years compensation experience required
Experience with laws and regulations governing compensation
Ability to conduct market pricing of new and existing jobs, provide recommendations, and analyze potential impact of recommendations
Ability to evaluate and assesses exemption status for new/revised roles using FLSA standards
Ability to understand and summarize data
Ability to effectively communicate total rewards information and offerings to employees and managers
Excellent data/analytics, technology, and MSOffice suite skill
Knowledge of current total rewards trends and strategies and the ability to review, analyze and recommend changes to current policies or processes
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Excellent critical thinking skills, communication skills, and presentation skills
