Today, we are looking to hire a Commissions/Payroll Analyst . You will be mainly responsible for the payment of commissions to our Sales Team and provide support to payroll operations as well! If you are a detail-oriented, self-starter, you’ll want to explore this opportunity!
Responsible for payment of commissions and bonuses to Sales Team.
Responsible for maintaining all commission and sales bonus related financial records and completing related reporting.
Provides pay recipients with detailed information which explains commission and bonus calculations.
Creates, analyzes and provides analytical reports on commissions and bonuses to management.
Controls and maintains the compensation system(s).
Works with other areas throughout the Company to control integrity of data feeding the compensation and bonus systems.
Works with Systems & Programming to complete changes to existing systems and develop new systems.
Provides backup support to payroll operations, as needed.
Minimum Knowledge & Requirements:
College degree in business or related field. Equivalent work experience can be considered in place of a degree.
Technical commission knowledge and/or payroll tax reporting knowledge
Working knowledge of payroll regulations.
Working knowledge of advanced features of Excel including vlookup and index match.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentially.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage work to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to assist employees with pay sensitive questions or concerns.
Effective utilization of computer systems including company and industry related software for essential job functions.
