Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is excited to announce we are seeking students that will receive or have a degree in Risk Management and Insurance! We will be hiring several graduates for our 2021 Claims Training Program!

This program consists of:

  • A full-time offer of employment with a competitive benefits package
  • Working in our renovated downtown Indianapolis Home Office
  • Accelerated hands on training with industry professionals      

If you are:

  • Graduating or have graduated in the past 1 to 2 years with a major/minor in Risk Management and Insurance
    • Prior insurance experience will be considered.
  • Looking to work in downtown Indianapolis with a reputable and established company
  • Seeking to grow your knowledge in claims handling
  • Looking for a company that offers career advancement, continuing education and more
  • Seeking to make a difference by volunteering in local community activities
