We are looking for an Agency Promotions Coordinator to support the Manager, Agency Promotions with event and incentive travel planning, promoting and tracking Agency Field force sales incentives, and Agent recognition programs

We are looking for someone that can:
* Develop and produce annual Agent contest documents both in print and online.
* Develop event program invitations and attendee information, manages RSVP’s and secure reservations.
* Develop incentive marketing strategies and promotional materials. May include travel to event destination to aid in creating kick-off materials; destination/trip teaser emails, video messages, and mailers; webinars; possible promotion gifts.
* Maintain Agent achievements in the Agent database.


 Requirements
Do you have:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field such as Hotel and Hospitality.
* At least one year of experience in an office environment preferably in the insurance industry.
* Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and/or Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) are beneficial but not required.
