We are looking for a support analyst to assist our Market Development team with corporate marketing campaigns and our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system!

We are looking for an individual that can:

· Research business issues; assist with documentation, communication, and analytics for Marketing Campaigns.

· Support department initiatives.

· Develop and write approach documents and specifications for Market Development.

· Provide data analysis when needed.

· Enhance policies and procedures to boost our marketing campaigns.

· Perform analysis of CRM user issues to determine causes and

solutions.

· Coordinate with team members and vendors on campaign changes.

· Gather data, prepare and review documentation for Corporate

Marketing Campaigns.

· Review and organize returned mail and make updates in CRM.



 Requirements

Do you have:

· An Associates’ Degree in business or related field of study?

· Knowledge of various software programs, including Word, Excel, and other web-based applications?

· The ability to communicate at all levels of the organization?

· A high degree of problem solving capabilities?
