As a   Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital contributor to a team dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives.   We are looking for someone who can:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to existing clients by answering insurance-related questions and discussing product offerings with prospective customers to help meet their unique needs.
  • Coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, perform basic data entry, including entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications, and submitting changes on existing policies
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet their marketing goals and those of the agency.
  • Perform general office duties in support of agents, the office and the company.


 Requirements

 Do you have:

  • Experience working in an office setting or delivering customer service?
  • Experience with PC software applications Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc.?
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mathematical skills?
  • The ability and desire to obtain and maintain requited insurance licenses?
  • A valid driver's license?
