We are looking for an  Agent and Product Compliance Analyst who can coordinate Independent Agent quality compliance controls and assists with the submission and approval process of company-wide Life and Annuity product forms with state insurance departments.

 We are looking for someone that can:

  • Develop, coordinate and assist in the review of reports on Independent Agent quality, e.g., persistency, placement, product utilization, underwriting misdeeds, replacement activity as well as other Agent quality control reports.
  • Troubleshoot Agent reinstatement requests, makes recommendations, and communicates decisions to the affected Agent(s) and other individuals/entities, as appropriate.
  • Assists Senior Product Compliance Analyst with product form filings and other state compliance activities as needed.
  • Support activities related to Independent Agent commissions and debit balances.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the IRS and other government agencies on issues related to Independent Agents.
  • Create, maintain and disseminate reporting to national marketers.
  • Utilize our Cyberlife system to account for Independent Agent 1099 corrections, bonus checks, and other situations as necessary.


 Do you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business or other related field preferred but not required
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Life Insurance that aligns with the specific duties and responsibilities for this position.
  • Experience working with Independent Agent distribution channel.
  • Experience and knowledge of policy form compliance and state filing procedures, including the use of SERFF and other policy filing and compliance services..
  • Strong organizational skills, written, listening, and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
